My role was to prepare a content strategy, create clear and informative copy for LinkedIn, write blog posts for the website, create lead magnets to attract new subscribers, and nurture existing customers through e-mail marketing.
Challenges.
The organization’s goal is to grow its online visibility and enhance engagement on social media.
The opening rate and click-through rate of e-mails were under the industry average.
Achievements.
Improved the LinkedIn page views by +250% and engagement by +230% in one month by increasing the follower base, creating appealing visuals, and publishing valuable and informative content.
Improved the email opening rate by +66% (from 30% to 50%) by optimizing the newsletter format and crafting strong headlines and customer-centered copy.
